Our Story

Space Rabbit Coffee opened in June of 2020- right in the middle of the pandemic. In March of 2020 we were living in Arizona where Tanner was working as a travel nurse. Our favorite coffee shop owner mentioned she was wanting to sell her equipment and move across country. We had joked about opening a coffee shop for years, but it suddenly became real! She gave us a great deal on the equipment and taught us everything we needed to know. She even taught us how to roast coffee- so what you get at Space Rabbit Coffee is our unique roast!
